If a Signing Service asks you to follow a particular set of rules; i.e. which background check company you need to sign up with or making sure all paperwork is complete, comply. Sometimes these companies are given these rules by the (Title) companies that hire them. Complying with these “Instructions” you free up the owner of these companies to bring in more business; which in turns gives you more business.

Here's a relatable story for mobile notaries...notaries when driving should be aware of their surroundings. Make sure someone knows the address of where you are going. When traveling always have a fully charged cellphone and have an extra battery. 911 will be reached even if there is no service. If you are being pulled over by an unmarked police vehicle and feel it may be a fraudulent situation dial 911 from your cellphone and ask for a marked police vehicle to respond as soon as possible. Additionally STAY ON THE PHONE WITH 911 until the marked unit arrives... Better safe with a possible summons then sorry and being assaulted or worse.

“...because of your input and postings I was able to de-termine which were the best initial steps for me in the pursuit of obtaining my NSA certification. I chose Nota-ry2Pro. For the Notary who has not obtained certifica-tion I have listed a few of my experiences with this edu-cational program:

1. After the initial contact - I was contacted by owner Carol Ray herself, whom asked what attracted me to her program, my response, I wanted to learn the practical side of the business, mind you I have never done this before.

2. She offered mentoring in addition to the program...I will take all the help I can get.

I am ex-cited and happy to be amongst this prestigious group of professionals.

Reading Instructions

Just remember it is important for you to read instructions for several reasons.

First you will know exactly what you need to

take with you to the Loan Signing, being better prepared.

Second, by reading instructions you will (hopefully) have all of your questions an-

swered such as how much you are earning, how to close the loan, etc.

Lastly, by reading your instructions you are

doing your job which means better pay, higher rankings and more jobs available to

you.

MEET THE MAN Behind Notary2Pro.

Bill is Carol’s husband and he is more or less the “silent” voice of Notary2Pro.

There are times when our students or prospects call before office hours and are thrown off when Bill answers the phone.

Bill knows the business, he is a certified Notary Signing Agent and is fully commissioned in the State of California. He is more than capable of answering any questions you may have so don’t be intimidated. Carol states that although he may sound intimidating but he’s nothing but a teddy bear; she should know after 53 years of marriage.
