Food
It was easy to get food in this region. What was availed in this region was oysters and clams. They picked them up at the shore. They also hunted whales. How they hunted the whales was that a group of people went out to the ocean in big canyons. They also hunted sea otters, grizzly bears ,caribou, and salmon. They were farmers too! They grew fruit. They also hunted and grew lots of other foods.
Food they ate
Clothing
The men wore breechcloths made out of woven grass or reed in the hot weather. In the cold weather they wore the breechcloths made out of animal skins. The women wore skirts and capes made out of woven cedar strips. They went barefoot in the hot weather. In the cold weather they made blankets out of fur. They also made coats of sheep fur and they went barefoot. There were tons of other cloths too!

Shelter and (or) homes
The Tlingit has clan symbols painted on the front of their house. Large cedar planks formed walls and the house was faced to the sea. It was dark inside the house because there were no windows They built totem poles in front of there houses. During winter they decorated there homes
