Vidzeme is one of the four historic regions in Latvia and is located in the north-east of Latvia. You will remember Vidzeme for its beautiful nature, varied cultural and historical heritage and folk traditions.
In Vidzeme you can enjoy the picturesque beauty of rivers and lakes, rejoice in the landscapes of forests, meadows, hills and valleys, feel the history in medieval castles, manors and romantic parks.
