As a business/company/organization, what is our most important resource?

People.
Why are people our most important resource?
We want people for their brains….
Second question: Why do these people, who are so important to us come to work?What is their purpose?

By design this is transitional. I will leave my job anytime I can gethigher pay, regardless of how much. Results in job hopping for .25 cents.

That said, at ATC we work hard to focus on
Pay is important. Paying a living wage is important. I want to be clear that I am not advocating for paying employees less. In fact at ATC our goal is to provide a living wage that would support a family of 4 on a single income.
