Core Assets Children's Services have been is a family preservation service supporting

HOW WE WORK WITH FAMILIES THE SERVICE WILL:
The North Somerset Turning the Tide Service Follow an assertive outreach approach. uses a strength based intensive multi modal intervention, over a 12 or 18 week period which Use a systemic, strength-based approach.involves delivering practical support to the heart of the family in their own home. Allocate a dedicated Key Worker.

Following 12 or 18 weeks of intensive support, the service continues to monitor the success of the intervention with a focus on helping the family to sustain the changes through signposting to universal services, conveninga Team around the Family closure meeting and finally a family celebration to mark their success.
