This shouldinclude membership of a professional organisation which accredits its members ascompetent to test and confirm the results of testing.

Fire/Smoke Protection (Where required)-All steelwork to be painted with intumescent one hour fire protective paint beforeboxing in. Paint to be Envirograf Product 83, applied in accordance withmanufacturer's written instructions, or equal approved.-Provide intumescent pipe collars to all pipes passing through floors/walls etc.where fire separation required 'Envirograf' Product 13 (or equal approved). Intumescent gaskets for switch and plug boxes also ceilingroses 'Envirograf' (Product 30) (or equal approved).Note: All recessed downlights to provide minimum short duration fire resistance.Note: Use of fire retardent intumescent mastic required also at junctions.Note: Services on East elevation garage wall should have 60min (medium duration)intumescent gaskets to maintain medium duration from inside.

External Steps to doors-Form step to Utility Room, Kitchen and bi-fold doors to Living Room.Rise: 170mm (max.) Pipe Bedding:Nominal single sized aggregate to Table 4 of B.S. 882 1983.-Pipe bedding to DN 100 pipework to be 10mm.graded aggregate to table 4 of 882 1983.-Pipe bedding to DN 150 pipework to be graded 14mm to 5mm.-Lay and compact to a thickness not less than 50mm for sleeve jointed pipes,100mm for socket jointed pipes, over full width of trench. Where trenchbottom is uneven due to hard spots or other reason, increase depth by100mm. Scoop out locally at couplings/sockets and lay pipes digging slightlyinto bed and resting uniformly on their barrels. Adjust to line and gradient.- After initial testing, backfill to 150mm (250mm for adoptable sewers) abovecrown of pipe with a protective cushion of selected fill, free from vegetablematter, rubbish, frozen soil and material retained on a 40mm sieve. Compactby hand in 100mm layers.
