HISTORYTERMOFORM which is a value driven and family controlled production company, that focuses on the sustainable international growth & value creation of its portfolio companies , has been established in the year of 2008 in İstanbul –İkitelli for the production of Mineral Filled Compounds (Filler Masterbatches) in Turkey .

In 2010 the company has moved its facilities to its new address in Aksaray city with its expanded and renewed capacity. TERMOFORM , with its improved capacity is currently heading to reach a 20.000 ton year of volume under NORTEK – POLYNOR and TERMOLIN brands and has always been targeted to achieve its objectives to become a consistent supplier of the customers in different applications

Developed with high-quality, high-standards calcium carbonate (CaCO3), talc and fiberglass FilledCompounds (Filler Masterbatch) which are well known domestically and in exported countries TERMOFORM offers lower resin costs as a replacement of virgin polymer with high dosage concentrations in polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) for various applications.

ABOUT NORTEK

NORTEK ® is a TERMOFORM PLASTIK A.S product which is developped with high-quality,high-standarts,calcium carbonate (CaCO3), talc and fiberglass which are very well known domesticly and inexported countries for the possibility of high dosage concentrations in Polyethlene (PE), Polyproplene (PP), Polystrene (PS) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Sytrene (ABS) plastic formulations as a replacement of virginpolymer.

NORTEK is designed to increase the performance and productivity,and importantly, to equilibrate anyrising costs with the benefit of competitivity in the market.

NORTEK CACO3 COMPOUND APPLICATIONS

PP RAFFIA BAG :

In raffia applications, NORTEK Calcium Carbonate(CaCO3) Filled Compounds(Filler Masterbatch) can be blended with PP at up to 20-25 % depending on the thickness and the type of the PP film and the fabrics .

During the production in the factory , pure Calcium carbonate(CaCO3) powders can cause many problems in conveying systems, including sticking in hoppers, feeding units and electrical systems.

However , NORTEK Filler Masterbatch , thanks to its formula strengthened by modifiers gives the binding properties to the end product and stop the dust during the production.
