PLAN NOTES AT CONCEPT PHASE

1. Final design of the interface of private property and streetscape will be

done on a case by case basis and dependant on individual properties

location of gates, letter boxes, pathways and driveways.

2. Exact final path alignment will be dependent upon service locations,

required access points, final car parking layouts, appropriate radii

of curves for optimal cycling activity and the retention of trees where

possible.

3. General path alignment will tie into existing paths and side road

streetscapes and crossings.

2. Final design of the interface of private property and streetscape will be

done on a case by case basis and dependant on individual properties

location of gates, letter boxes, pathways and driveways.

3. Exact final path alignment will be dependent upon service locations,

required access points, final car parking layouts, appropriate radii

of curves for optimal cycling activity and the retention of trees where

possible.

4. General path alignment will tie into existing paths and side road

streetscapes and crossings. Detail of this will be determined in future

design phases.
