How does Tire Lyna compare with other Tire Sealants?
It is like comparing a cell phone used back in the nine5es to today's smart phone. The la:er being Tire Lyna. Tire Sealants have generally been marketed as stop flat type products running over a board of embedded small nails or an ice pick being stabbed into the tread area of a 5re with all the liquid oozing out. Most of these products were introduced during the early six5es and use Ethylene glycol (controlled toxic chemical AKA an5freeze) as their base chemical. They are also used as a temporary solu5on to seal small leaks and punctures. These products have proved to be unreliable and have major problems like freezing, hardening, congealing, causing 5re assembly imbalance, chemical reac5on with 5re rubber, rim metal corrosion and ineffec5ve puncture sealing. They are considered temporary short-‐term solu5ons to last only un5l the 5re can be repaired or replaced.
Tire Lyna’s advanced technology…
Tire Lyna’s technological advancement was to develop a high performance commercial 5re sealant/5re casing care and allow a substance to fluidly and non-‐reac5vely coat the inside of a 5res casing surface.
Tire Lyna’s Nano Interlock Sealing Technology is made of advanced non-‐toxic chemicals, biodegradable fibers and superior rust inhibitors delivering superior permanent sealing.
Benefits of TIRE LYNA® DOES NOT… ü cause wheel or Nre vibraNon ü react against the Nre's OEM components/properNes ü void Nre manufacturer's warranty ü deteriorate during the life of the tread ü dry out or harden ü "ball up into a lump” ü block air valves, Pressures transfer systems, TPMS ü freeze (Operates between -‐80°F/-‐58°F to 370° F) ü DOES NOT use toxic glycols
Ø Tire Sealants will not balance medium truck 5res. Ø Tire Sealants are runny and pool to the bo:om or they are heavily packed with
synthe5c fibers and ball up causing wheel vibra5on. Ø Tire Sealants use either solvents or toxic glycol's. Ø Tire Sealants dry out and harden at 370oF. Ø Tire Sealants use polyethylene chips, crushed recycled rubber or heavy fibers that
create valve blockage and interfere with TPMS sensors. Ø Tire Sealants are runny & messy, making it difficult to perform a sec5on
repair, especially on a roadside repair. Ø Tire Sealants using low performance rust inhibitors cause steel belts to rust and
corrode. Ø Tire Sealants use low quality sealing material and allow moisture to enter through
a sealed nail in the tread area. Ø Tire Sealants freeze. Ø Tire Sealants use recycled rubber shavings/fillers that vulcanize the sealed
punctures and are difficult to find during the retread pre-‐inspec5on process.
Most common problems with Tire Sealants…
• SEALS PUNCTURES up to 1/2"PERMANENTLY • REPAIRS & CONTINUOUSLY PREVENTS FLAT TIRES
• SEALS MINOR SIDE WALL CRACKS PREVENTING AIR LOSS • STOPS RIM & BEAD LEAK
• MAINTAINS PROPER TIRE AIR PRESSURE • NON-‐TOXIC – BIODEGRADABLE
• DOES NOT FREEZE

Tire Lyna® TCC – SAHARA Used in Truck, Bus, RV, UNlity trailers, Off The Road (OTR), Industrial, Agri/Turf Nres. • Prevents air loss by sealing the puncture creaNng
objects (nails, thorns, glass, rocks, etc. Up to ½” or 1.3 cm in diameter) while a combinaNon of bio degradable fibers stop moisture from entering the steel belt area.
• Stops air loss and retains correct pressure by sealing the en5re casing from normal casing porosity.
• Operates between -‐58°F to 370°F (-‐50°C to 188°C.) • Non-‐toxic and biodegradable advanced high grade
chemicals. • Protects the casing from heat and oxidaNon damage. • Protects the casing from UV damage. • Dissipates Nre chamber heat so that Nres run cooler. • Does not pool to the bogom or block the valve stem. • Absorbs moisture. • Performs with compressed air and Nitrogen. • Approved for use with TPMS. • Helps retain casing integrity. • ConNnually self-‐seals punctures up to ½” (1.2 cm). • Added safety for recapped 5res. • Improves the seal over buffed areas. • Reduces heat buildup in 5res. • Balances wheel end assembly. • Stops Bead/Rim and Vent leaks. • Washes out easily. • DOES NOT FREEZE.

TesNmonials… "One of the major concerns to everyone who retreads Nres is the quality of the casing and the ability for the casing to undergo standard inspecNon procedures. The decision to accept a Nre for retreading is the decision to put a company's name on the final product. We tested Tire Lyna in one of our trucks for a period of four months and during the inspecNon stage we noNced it had sealed two nail punctures. Tire Lyna will not cause chamber fires; it is easily washes out and has passed our retread process." John Green, Manager (Re4red) Fountain Tire Tire Op4ons
"I have used Tire Lyna, and prior to that, similar products for the last 30-‐35 years. Tire Lyna, in my opinion is the best of all the products I have used. It has sealed the most consistently, stays in place as it was designed to do and is easy to work around. This is my opinion, and not an expression on behalf of my company." Kelly Crouse Manager Kal Tire Commercial
Amer a year and a half of tesNng the Armada product in a variety of applicaNons as well as wheel posiNons, I have found it exceeded our expectaNons. Amer a year and a half of tesNng the Armada product in a variety of applicaNons as well as wheel posiNons, I have found it exceeded our expectaNons. We started by using the product in 255/70R225 trailer Nres ( 50 oz per wheel ) The air pressure was maintained , driver comments were the trailer pulled beger with less vibraNon. We next installed the product in more trailer Nres with same results. To determine what effect ARMADA had on wheel balance we started to install the product in steer Nres .We took a couple of ways to test the effects on balancing . First we would balance the Nres by convenNonal method of spinning Nre and adding wheel weights, the truck would go into service for a few days to determine if there was any vibraNon or ride issue. The truck would then come back and we would remove the wheel weights and install Armada in each Nre ( 11R225 & 11R2245 60 oz per Nre ) Ride and driver feed back was all posiNve with some drivers reporNng improve in ride &handling when Armada was installed. We installed Tire Lyna into a 26.5R29 Nre on one of our skid steer loaders. The Nre was completely "ringed" with sidewall cracks/splits. The sidewall cracks/splits ranged in length from 2 to 11 inches and some were over an inch deep. We had to add air on a daily basis and looking back on it, the Nre should have been replaced. A year later and counNng the Nre is sNll in service and has not lost one single pound of air! During this Nme no new splits have occurred and the exisNng ones have not become worse and we are conNnuously loading with this vehicle. The product really works. Duffield Sand & Gravel, Arkansas
Overall, I’m very impressed with the sealant! My ice Nres have nearly 4000 drilled holes in them, parNally plugged by screws, and only one hole generated a slow leak. I actually found a pre-‐drilled hole in one of my Nres where I forgot to put a screw in, and that Nre doesn’t leak at all. I’ll break the Nre down and put a screw in it too, but that’s a good indicator of how well Tire Lyna works. I also have a group of off-‐road truck guys already interested in Tire Lyna. Slime helps a lot of off-‐road racers down south, but since it doesn’t work in freezing temps our local guys don’t even use it, but they’re looking for something that works. So far, other than my extra drilled holes in the Nres, Tire Lyna is working great! Thanks, Kent
