What is Non-Verbal Communication
Nonverbal message are “messages without words” or “silent messages”. These are the
messages (other than spoken or written) we communicate through:
What is Non-Verbal CommunicationResearch indicates that when two people communicate, nonverbal messages convey much more impact than verbal messages.
Many of us could communicate more clearly, more accurately and more credibly if we became more conscious of our body language. We can learn to strengthen our communications by making sure our words and our body language are consistent. When our verbal and non-verbal messages match, we give the impression that we can be trusted and that what we are saying reflects what we truly believe.

❖ Emotions are contagious, can affect communication
❖Monitor emotions and see how they are influenced
