A Brief HistorySince 1985 over 50 tourist

submersibles have entered serviceworldwide. The majority of thesevehicles are approximately 65 feetin length. The industry enjoys aperfect safety record, havingcarried over 3.5 million people onsubmerged tours of coral reefswithout incident.

Over 160 deep divingresearch and commercialsubmersibles have been built inthe last 30 years, in addition toscores of military submarines.In the '20s and '30s severalluxury submarines werecommissioned as well.
