1 My one 'No' was to reflect that, although we are kept aware of the offer of CCN we do not actively 'stack this up'against similar providers locally or nationally - although we do benchmark against national standards. Of course weshall be doing this in some detail for the Strategic Area Reveiw but something that we might think about for thefuture.

2 I think next year we should consider adding a scoring process, rather than the Yes/No format which is perhaps tooblack and white.
