With reference to your application on the subject mentioned above, you are hereby requested to appear for an interview before the Selection Committee on 24th June 2013 at 10.00 AM at ES.S Section, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, West Block-1, Wing-6, 2nd Floor, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-11 0 066.

2. While coming for interview please bring the following papers/documents duly filled in and complete in a II respect.

i) All Original Certificate/Degrees including Experience Certificate for verification. ii) Three sets of copies of each of relevant document in support of age, educational qualification,

experience, etc. duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. iii) Letter of acceptance/invitation from host institution, Research proposal, etc. iv) Three passport size photographs pasted on the enclosed application form attached (in

duplicate). v) No Objection Certificate from your employer, if employed. vi) Bring your Journey Tickets forT A Claim.

3. Candidates coming from outside Delhi/New Delhi will be paid the cost of second class sleeper rail fare by Mail/Express train, lower class bus fare (where rail facilities are not available), from the place of your duty/residence/place of study in lndia to New Delhi and back fare will be admissible by the shortest route, and where return tickets are available, the cost such return tickets will be paid at the time of interview. As interview may continue till late evening please keep this in view while arranging for return Journey ticket.

4. It must be clearly understood that the date and time of your interview are finally fixed and cannot under any circumstances be altered. You are therefore advised to take all precautions to arrive in time.

5. Please not that failure to bring the requisite documents and papers, (including proper placement letter) as mentioned above you will neither be interviewed nor be paid traveling allowance.

6. Please bring hard copy of your application at the time of interview, if application sent by online.
