Our quality management system is DNV approved to ISO9001:2008 and we have established Safety Management System (SMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 18001 and ISO 14001 certification. Harland and Wolff’s impressive site is situated in the Port of Belfast, Northern Ireland. Europe’s largest dry-docks is ideally situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea.

In addition to having world class facilities the engineering history of Harland and Wolff has developed a superb technical skill set, specialised in marine engineering, that is often working in partnership with our clients engineering and logistic teams

Initially established in 1861 Harland and Wolff have over 150 years of marine manufacturing experience, and are able to offer a unique combination of vast facilities and technical capability. From initial consultancy through detailed engineering, fabrication and through life support Harland and Wolff is perfectly positioned to support the needs of the maritime, offshore and renewable energy sectors.

Harland and Wolff is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harland and Wolff Group Plc, which in turn is 92.2% owned by Fred. Olsen Energy ASA, a company listed on the Norwegian Stock Exchange. As part of the Fred Olsen Energy group a full range of services, from design and manufacture to installation and on-going operational support can be provided.
