– Regular skiwear, no skin suits

– Dress the athlete appropriately

– Suggest heating pouches

Skis:

– Junior race skis and poles

– GS skis not required

Protective Gear:

– For comp only, hard ear helmet

A race’s success depends on the number

of qualified volunteered officials

30-35 officials required per race

All new parents are highly encourage to

take Level 1 training

– January 10 or 11, 2015

– 09h30-11h30 : Theory

– 13h00-14h00 : Practical

Get experience

Level 2 Officials: yearly in FallSJ

Parent involvement

Volunteer:

– NG and U level racers: All families should

complete level 1 training

– U level racers: All families are encouraged to

complete level 2

– All families should contribute to 4 racing

activities
