U. S. Appeals Court orders FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its 25-year-old guidelines (1996) adequately protect against the harmful effects of exposure to radiofrequency radiation unrelated to cancer and rendered its decision capricious, arbitrary and not evidence based, in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act (APA).

Non-linear distribution of energy (“harmonics” =voltage spikes )generated along electrical wires as power switches from AC to DC in transmitters and switches.

Examples of sources: SOLAR Inverters*** Dimmer switches, LED lights, Halogen lights, Computers, Smart meters, Variable speed motorsTransmitters High-efficiency lighting -CFL (Compact-Fluorescent) bulbs *banned in Germany in 2013

Generated into the air from High Power Stations (e.g. 7200 volts clipped down to 120V/220V)

Stetzer Meter AM Radio

Metal Impregnated Materials,◦ e.g. Shielding paints: Y shield paint- must be grounded

window films, fabrics, metal lath-roofs

Sensitivity to Metals = difficulty with metal roofs /shielding material

Sensitive to Resonance frequencies: High wireless readings: resonate from Steel

siding : 4 inches to 2 feet: patients sense it

Aluminum resonates: 8 inches to 4 feet

SOLUTION: Layering of shielding: Double layer shielding paint, then metal siding, then more shielding paint

Blue light frequency from screens of cell phones and computers tell pineal gland sun present.

Inhibits melatonin production. Recent studies show blue light over time affects retina and

vision. Melatonin potent antioxidant and inhibits cancer!! Most

Americans low b/c using computer and phones long after 9pm.

Blue light filters now available for phone by free app on Google by “Hardy Infinity”. Use F.lux filter or Iris.tech.co on your computer screen. Lowbluelights.com or sleepshield.com. Ipad, phone,

computer shields.Yellow glasses can be worn to filter out blue light frequency.

in patients who cannot tolerate supplements or do not respond to them

Inflammation in GI tract= Inflammation in Brain

TREAT YEAST AND DYSBIOSIS: big trigger of EMF symptoms

L. Monocytogenes and E. coli were exposed to RF-EMF (900 MHz phone simulator and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi router) for 12 hours. Conclusions: - Exposure to RF-EMF within a narrow window of irradiation (an exposure window) makes microorganisms resistant to antibiotics.

Wi-Fi exposure acted on Bacteria were exposed continuously to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi router for 24 or 48 hours. Controls were kept in a Faraday increasing antibiotic resistance and motility of E. coli, as well as enhancing biofilmformation ability.

Studies show EMF Exposure increases Bacterial and

Viral Resistance and Lowers Beneficial Bacteria

Intervention: Human lymphoid cells

infected with EBV virus exposed to 50hz continuously

Conclusion: Increased cells expressing EBV early antigen –DNA modulated by magnetic fields

Intervention: Lactobacillus Acidophilus exposed to 51.8 and 53 GHz for 1 hour, +/-ceftazidime, compared to unexposed controls

Conclusions: - Strong antibacterial effects on L. acidophilus seen. -Bactericidal effects were comparable to ceftazidime

40,000 docs and dentists use in over 50 countriesMany conditions: 1. water purification ( 600 cities use )2. herniated disks, arthritis, 3. neuropathy, degenerative joint disease,4. fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue 5. Infections6. Macular degeneration Started in Germany 1950s: used in WW1 to treat infected wounds TREATS antibiotic-resistant infections !! Antiseptic: 1000x more powerful than chlorine Ozone is gas so migrates thru tissues so gets to less accessible

areas : low incidence of side effects compared to drugs

Ozone is O3 molecule: converts rapidly to Oxygen (O2) and O (increased oxygen healing)

Atmospheric ozone: reacts with VOC’s, NO in presence of sun and heat = Toxic reactive products: (cough if products get in lungs)

Medical Ozone stimulates Superoxide Dismutase ( detox enzyme) and Telomerase (Maintains DNA): converts rapidly to oxygen

Stimulates body’s oxygen delivery, increased nitric oxide: dilates blood vessels: increases flow, detoxification , anti-inflammatory, increased antioxidant enzymes, up-regulate mitochondria

Stimulates immune system: TNF, interferon, IL-2

Rectal or Vaginal Insufflation: gas is infused

Nasal or Ear Insufflation: gas is infused

Ozonated Water: anti-inflammatory effects drinking ozonated water

Ozonated Oils: ozone gets trapped b/n fatty acids in oils and oils applied topically

Ozone Sauna: promotes deep detox of all major organs and tissues ( esp lymphatics)

mAHT: Minor Autohemotherapy**: mixed with blood and delivered by intramuscular injection

MAHT: Major Autohemotherapy**: blood mixed with ozone and anticoagulant : returned IV

Prolozone Therapy: Ozone is injected into tissues: helps disks, plantar fasciitis, TMJ, sciatica, osteoarthritis, sports injuries

Gas Irrigation for Wound Treatment: Affected limbs wrapped in bags for sustained exposure to ozone gas

Extremely low and precise doses of Organisms made active by an Enzyme called:

Beta Glucoronidase

Beta Glucoronidase stimulates dendritic cells in skin and signals lymph nodes to produce:

T regulator cells (Treg cells)

T cytotoxic (suppressor) -CD8 Cells

Immune deregulation with Hypersensitivity

Elevated T helper cells -CD4

Low T cytotoxic ( suppressor) –CD8

Growing a population of “protective” Lymphocytes with half life of 40-80 days

Conditions treated with LDI:◦ Lyme infection◦ Epstein Barr infections

Inflammatory Bowel Diseases – (use Mycobacterium)Autoimmune Liver disease/ Celiac DiseaseChronic painAnxiety /DepressionPANDAS/ Autism ( Strep)Rashes/ Acne ( strep / patient’s skin flora)Recurrent Infections: Tonsillitis/ Ear infections (Strep)

Do NOT chelate with mercury fillings present in EMF patients:a. Need to check and treat overall sensitivities to metals,

chemicals, molds, foods and heal gut :Check Cyrex Array panels ( IgG , IgM, and IgA Elisa) :

i. Cyrex Array 11; Chemical Immune Reactivity

ii. Cyrex Array 20: Blood Brain Barrier Permeability test

iii. Cyrex Array 2: Intestinal Permeability Screen

b. Optimize Nutrient Reserves: esp: Glutathione: N-acetyl cysteine, NADPH, Milk thistle

Start with IV Glutathione: increase dose slowly to 600mg to 1200mg to 1800mg before use of EDTA/ DMSA

Add: Alpha Lipoic Acid 100mg IV

c. Good indicator is tolerance of Sauna***MUST replenish nutrients or risk auto-intoxication with mercury /

Dihexa: Stimulates BDNF ( brain derived nerve growth factor), improves concentration/memory, helps neurodegeneration
