THE COMPANY
NM Technical Solution is small scale engineering organization working as a
contractor for various companies according to their requirement of heavy
fabrication.NMTS has been working in the Field of Fabrication since 2004. We
have a well-trained and skilled team for the work. We are also having quality
engineers, who provide a quality work. Although we have grown throughout
the years, Contractor Service & Fabrication, still continue to operate with the
same core values we were founded upon, providing a superior product, dedicated
to safety, quality, and integrity. We have served large and small scale engineering
organizations as sub- contractor for their requirement of heavy fabrication. We
offer a complete package of services at attractive rates worldwide.
WHAT WE DO?
NMTS is working Static Equipment’s Fabrication often Erection in Site or Plant.
The services are as follows MS and SS Fabrication in Presser Vessel, Storage Tank,
column, Filter. Specialist Welding/Welding High Pressure Pipe / Alloy Steels Structural
Steel Fabrication.
Following standards are used: - ASME Section VIII Presser vessel and Section V
for NDT, AWS (Welding), and API 650 for Storage tanks and Refinery and Chemical
plant ASME B31.3 Process Piping. And In Power Plant work-
NMTS has a pool of Super Specialists from the field of Design, Engineering,
Manufacturing, Erection & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance, Repairs
and Troubleshooting of Power Plant and its equipment’s up to 660MW. The
team is drawn from power majors like with any Company .
ENGINEERING-PROCUREMENT-CONSTRUCTION We take up Greenfield projects for power plant on EPC (Engineering, procurement and
Construction) basis. Company is having official tie ups with well renowned Turbine,
Boiler, Cooling Tower and DM/RO Plant manufactures in the country and abroad.
The Engineering is done in house and the major plant and machineries are
procured from the associates (OEM), the balance of plant is done in house.
Company is having a full-fledged team of engineers for the project management
and execution. The erection and commissioning and performance trial is taken up
by the Company and is also responsible for the after sales and warranty support.
Company is having a team of engineers from all facets of power engineering like mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation in the various fields like design, Project,
execution and operation. BUSINES MODEL OF THE COMPANY: i) Construction & Commissioning of Greenfield &
Brownfield projects.
ii) Supply of Man Power elated to the above activates. iii) Operation & Maintenance activates on Turnkey basis. iii) Operation & Maintenance activates on Turnkey basis.
