BRANDED BERAINGS

Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep Groove Ball Bearings is the most common type in roller bearings. The basic Deep groove Ball Bearings structure includes: an

outer ring, an inner ring, a group of steel balls and a group of retainer.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

The structure of Cylindrical Roller Bearings is the inner ring and outer ring which can be separated. Cylindrical Roller Bearing without

sidewall in inner nor outer rings can be used as a free-end bearing because its inner and outer rings can move relative to the axial.

Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered Roller Bearings are detachable type, which the cone inner ring component with roller and retainer can be installed

separately from the cone outer ring. Tapered Roller Bearings are cone-shaped inner and outer ring raceway and tapered roller

arranged between the two.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical Roller Bearings have inherently self-aligning function and also very strong. Double row roller make the bearings can bear

heavy load. Spherical Roller Bearings have two rows of rollers and both use the same raceway in outer ring.

Thrust Ball Bearings

The compositions of Thrust Ball Bearings are seat ring, bearing ring and steel roller retain. Seat ring, bearing ring and the rollers is

separated and simple to assemble and disassemble.

Self-aligning Ball Bearings

Self-aligning Ball Bearings are the bearings with drum-shaped roller between inner ring with two raceways and outer ring with

sphere raceways.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Angular Contact Ball Bearings are can bear radial load and axial load. Single row Angular Contact Ball Bearings only can bear axial

load in one direction. It will lead to an additional axial force when it bear radial load.

Needle Roller Bearings

Needle Roller Bearings are roller bearings with cylindrical roller. Compare with its diameter, the roller are both long and thin and this

kind of roller called needle.

Linear Bearings

Linear Bearings make up of outer tube, steel roller, steel roller retainer and two retainer rings. Retainer is set out from the outer

tube and fixed by two retainer rings.

Torsiflex couplings are specifically designed for the process pump and general industrial markets. Torsiflex is an all-metal disc

Torque Limiters

Boring and Keywaying

Standard bores and keyways are manufactured to H8 and Js9 tolerances to BS4500: 1969, both in Metric and Imperial dimensions.

Maintenance

During assembly all units are packed with a 3% Molybdenum Disulphide (Mo S2) grease BP Energrease L21 M. Because of their

uniquely fully enclosed design all units need only be stripped and re-packed with grease every two years. However, under extremely

adverse conditions of environment and duty please consult Bibby Transmissions.

Running in Oil

All Bibbigard units can be run in oil if required without affecting performance.


Manual Reset

Type A:Conveyors, machine tools, wood working and paper machinery, pumps, textile machinery, test rigs, packaging machinery,

quarrying plant, Post Office machinery, extruders, automatic furnaces and ovens.

Automatic Reset
