INTRODUCTION

You will find in this document the guidelines that work for all markets to create consistency across Club Med Summer 16 Early booking promotion. Each template has been created to optimize identification and comprehension of the Club Med offer, please use these templates in respect of the guidelines. Utilization principles - 3 formats: posters, press ads and banners - A selection of triplets to clearly communicate on the opening of sales and the early booking

offer - A selection of photos to choose from according to your communication target - All the templates you’ll need to create a Club Med exclusive action or an action with one or

two partners. To dispose of all the information for use and download the HR files, please refer to the page number 33 of these guidelines. The Early booking Promotional stamp is used at the beginning of the Summer 16 booking season Please always use this for communications featuring the Early Booking Promotion It must always feature the ‘BEST OFFER GUARANTEED’ headline The position of the stamp will be indicated to you for each format.

THE CLUB MED LOGO

The Club Med logo is used in three colors and different positions chosen according to the criterions (format of the material, picture, co-branding or not, with CTA or not). PARAGRAPH TEXT

On the press ads, you should insert a generic text on the Club Med Summer 16 Early booking promotion and the new children pricing policies. This generic text is available in the BtoC Guidelines. There are two different texts : one that is associated to the communication for families and one for couples.
