As described in Wikipedia, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to
communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the
1970s. Its creators claim a connection between the neurological processes (“neuro”), language
(“linguistic”) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (“programming”) and that
these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.

“knowledge and skill that allows you to do, use, or understand something very well”

Six steps to emotional mastery:
1. Identify what you are really feelingWhere you have to know what exactly your feelings are:> i.e. are you really mad for what you saw or maybe it is the other way around.

2. Acknowledge and appreciate your emotions, knowing they support you.

4. Get confident.

5. Get certain you can handle this not only today, but in the future as well.
