What is ?

National Leadership & Development Seminar -NLDS- is the 2nd

national event of AIESEC in MOROCCO.

It aims to create an intense learning experience that will serve to

equip you with the exposure, network and skills to help you discover

and develop you potential as leader and elect the MCP : President of

AIESEC in MOROCCO for the term 2014 / 2015.



One of the unique things we discover in AIESEC is the new

concept of « conferences ». As everything in this organization

seems, in the first time, new, international and outstanding,

conferences come to gather all of that in a wonderful 3 days

journey. Afterwards, and as we get used to our normal AIESEC

lives, conferences keep that fantastic touch, that makes us

almost sad at the last day of it and keeps us always excited for

thethe next one. For this NLDS’14, my journey will be a bit longer

than 3 days! It has been going for a month now and the most

exciting part is yet to come on the 10th with amazing people, the

OC NLDS’14, and working on the organization of this conference,

is with no doubt a tremendous learning experience, and most

certainly, a wonderful one! I am looking forward to receiving you

in NLDS’14, to live another journey together, where we will share,

experience, leaexperience, learn and take another step in our leadership path!

Celebrating leadership ... shaping our futureNLDS is the turning point conference for AIESEC Morocco. We

are going to witness the election of the future leader who will

drive our entity fast forward and bring it to a high level.

FurtheFurthermore, NLDS 14 will be also the occasion for the

membership to reconnect with leadership and entrepreneurship

as we aim in this organization to build social responsible

individuals.

BeingBeing Agenda Manager of the conference is an honor and also

a big responsibility as I need to provide a good ground to our

dear membership in term of learning and development contents

to strengthen their inner and outer journey and lighten their path

to have the best experience.


MCP Word

NLDS has always been a special conference for me, elections

spirit, leadership sessions, interaction with speakers, stories about

how people grew and developed themselves. It is special for me

because I was elected last year during this conference and it is

special this year also because I'll witness the election of my

successor. Can't wait to see you all there !!
