Route description to Europol Headquarters By Plane - Arriving at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Take the train to The Hague Central Station (CS) or The Hague Hollands Spoor (HS). Trains depart every 30 minutes. The journey to both stations will take approximately 30 minutes. http://www.schiphol.nl/Travellers/ToFromSchiphol/PublicTransport/ByTrainDomestic.htm You may also take a taxi from Amsterdam Airport to The Hague. Trains depart every 30 minutes to The Hague Central Station (CS). The journey will take approximately 25 minutes. http://www.rotterdamthehagueairport.nl/en/Openbaar_vervoer Another possibility is to go straight from Rotterdam Airport to The Hague by taxi. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. By Train - Arriving in The Hague Central Station or The Hague Hollands Spoor

From The Hague Central Station (CS) Take tram no. 17. You get off at the Statenplein stop, or Take tram no. 10.* You get off at the World Forum (West) stop. From The Hague Hollands Spoor (HS) Take tram no. 17. You get off at the Statenplein stop, or Take tram no. 1. You get off at the World Forum stop, or Take tram no. 10.* You get off at the World Forum (West). stop. * Note: Tram no. 10 only operates on working days during the rush-hour from 7.00 until 9.00 hrs and from 15.30 until 18.30 hrs.

By car Cars can be parked in the public parking garage which has its entrance in front of the World Forum Convention Centre (Churchillplein). Please see the map attached. Car drivers can take the emergency staircase in the back of the parking garage (side of the Catsheuvel) and exit at the side of the Europol Entrance Building.

Before your departure you will need to validate your parking ticket at the Reception desk in Europol in order to have free parking.

From Utrecht / Amsterdam

Take the A12 towards The Hague. The A12 becomes the Utrechtsebaan; follow this road until the end. Turn left at the traffic lights. Now you are on the Zuid Hollandlaan. At the end, turn right at the traffic lights. You are now on the Koningskade, which becomes the Raamweg. Drive under the viaduct, and immediately go right around the bend onto the Hubertus Viaduct. You are now on the Prof. B.M. Teldersweg and this becomes the Johan de Follow the signs for the World Forum and park in one of the underground car parks. From Amsterdam / Leiden Take the A44 towards Den Haag N44. Just behind the city of Wassenaar, take exit Den Haag/Scheveningen N14. As you follow this road, you enter the Hubertus tunnel. Continue straight on when you exit the tunnel and follow the Prof. B.M. Teldersweg. This road becomes the Johan de Follow the signs for the World Forum and park in one of the underground car parks. From Rotterdam From the A13 you follow the signs towards ‘Amsterdam' (=A4) on the roundabout Ypenburg. At the Prins Clausplein follow signs for ‘Den Haag/Voorburg’. You drive over the viaduct and follow the signs for The Hague. You are now on the Utrechtsebaan. The route description from now on is as above.

Access to Europol Headquarters At Europol’s entrance, a security check will be performed. To be able to access the building you are kindly requested to bring your valid PASSPORT or NATIONAL ID card (any other document will not be accepted by Security, e.g. police card, driving licence…). Security will register you. Please be aware that taking pictures inside Europol’s premises must be authorised in advance by G4 Corporate Communications (Security reserves the right to delete all pictures taken inside Europol unless unauthorised in advance). Europol is located in between Johan de Wittlaan and Eisenhowerlaan.

While our exterior signage is still being completed, as well as the landscape design, please find instructions below to enter the building on foot. On Eisenhowerlaan, stand with Europol’s headquarters (four towers) in front of you and walk to the right of the building. Take the first turning on the left, which will lead you around the edge of the building and its glass wall. Walk straight on and head for the steel staircase in front of you. Take these stairs, turn to the left and walk straight along the raised pathway, then access the Europol Entrance Building on your left. From Johan de Wittlaan, make your way to the World Forum building. The World Forum Area is not accessible due to unsafe situations caused by the construction works. Pedestrians coming from the World Forum square have to walk around the building via the Eisenhowerlaan and up the steel stairs next to the Europol Entrance Building (please refer to the information access from Eisenhowerlaan above). Disabled persons are requested to contact Europol to make arrangements before their arrival.
