1. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): It takes care of documentation (Installation guides),telephone installation assistance, media, administrative support required for each new

installation and free upgrades to new versions during AMC period.

2. System requirements: Details are available at http://www.lstc.com/hardware_os.htm System requirements may change with each version of the software and customers need toverify that you have the recommended hardware and software stated there.

3. Cost dependency on license type: The LS-DYNA software is available as a network(floating) or node locked license. The pricing is independent of the platform on which thecode is run.

4. Manuals: All manuals are available on line at free ofcost(http://www.lstc.com/manuals.htm)

5. Laws: The above software services are subject to all Indian government laws, regulations,orders or other restrictions regarding export from India or re-export of services,

commodities, software, technology or derivatives thereof. One cannot resell the softwarewithout written permission.

6. Documents: New customers must sign a software license agreement and a letter ofassurance that the product is being used for civilian use only. Otherwise, sale of LS-DYNA to

any organization is subject to approval from the US Dept. of Commerce.

7. Validity: This quotation is valid only for NIT, Patna for 30 days from the date of quotation.

8. Payment: 100 % within 30 days from purchase order date or support delivery startwhichever earlier. Until complete payment, LSTC/KTPL will issue temporary license only.

9. All existing LS-DYNA licenses must be under AMC, to avail additional licenses discount. Nomachine change or server id change will be allowed on licence without AMC
