VoIP Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting Solution NIKSUN NetVoice is a powerful Voice-over-IP (VoIP) network management and security monitoring solution. NetVoice measures, records and reports on every VoIP flow in the network in real-time at production network traffic rates. Traffic Analysis and VisualizationA powerful web-based user interface provides enormous flexibility in analyzing and visualizing calls through a network. The GUI has a easy to use layout for analysis based upon significant usability testing with enterprise and carrier customers.

Flexible Protocol, Traffic Analysis and CorrelationNetVoice supports multi-time scale analysis. NetVoice analyzes, filters and visualizes large amounts of data quickly and enables one to zoom in on only relevant data. With its support of advanced filtering, NetVoice easily enables one to locate information related to a specific calling number, called number, MOS score, etc.

At the microsecond and millisecond resolution, NIKSUN appliances detect and analyze short time events that are undetected when data is aggregated by the minute. Short-time events have been shown to have a major impact on the quality of audio and video transmissions.

NetVoice also provides detailed color enhanced protocol analysis information for OSI layers 2 to 7. It correlates call to message to packet analysis with an enhanced color-coding scheme.

Web-based User InterfaceNetVoice provides a Web-based interface (secure or standard) to en-able remote access from any computer using standard Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator.

Powerful Analysis and Display FiltersNetVoice provides the capability for user-defined capture and display filters to quickly locate interesting and useful information. Filters can also be applied on retrieved data to display data related to a specific calling number, called number, etc.

Generate On-demand QoS and CDR InformationNetVoice generates QoS information (on a per call & a per trunk basis) & CDR data. Its large data store enables post-event troubleshooting on events that occurred hours, days or weeks earlier.

An Integrated and Scalable SolutionNetVoice can also be integrated with various other solutions from NIKSUN to provide complete network monitoring and troubleshooting for applications and services on an IP network.
