• Successfully completed Industrial training with Ista Hotel with 248 rooms(now Hyatt) Amritsar, India. From 15th December, 2010 to 31st May, 2011.

Current Job Profile:

Responsible for entire shift of Front Office Operations and assisting Front Office Manager in daily operations.

Guest Relations and handling their complaints efficiently. Guest history and maintaining records. Monitor guest satisfaction processes, and respond to guest concerns, and inquiries. Handling arrival and departures and meeting VIPs. Managing entire night shift as Night manager cum Night Auditor. Helping reservation Manager in reservations in his absence (eg. queries, information,

bookings, cancellations, reports etc.) Co-ordination and follow up with other departments for overall smooth functioning of

operations. Responsible for managing/supervising/overseeing the following departments:

Reception, Cashiering, Guest Relations, Concierge, Business Center and Telephones. Create and produce reports as required. Ensure that all accounting transaction and cash handling procedures are in

compliance. Pro actively identify potential guest issues. Driving strong efforts to lead, train, and motivate the team members to render the best

service in terms of quality and time.

Conducting surprise room visit to check if it is maintained and cleaned as per the standards.
