March 2016 RRT IV Meeting Announcement
This is to announce the upcoming RRT IV meeting to be held 1, 2, and 3 March, 2016 at the MARRIOTT
COURTYARD BEACHFRONT HOTEL, 1600 East Beach Blvd, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501.
A block of rooms have been reserved February 29, 2016 through March 4, 2014 until Monday, February
8, 2016. Guest may request the special rate of $89 per night plus applicable taxes by referencing the
group code US Coast Guard RRT IV Meeting (individual call in) or by booking the room online with the
website created for our event. Individual call ins should call at 1-800-321-2211 and online reservations
should use the following link US Coast Guard RRT IV Meeting. A credit card number or 1 night’s
advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations or length-of-stay
reductions will be permitted until February 28, 2016. Any guest in need to depart earlier than the original
reservation departure date due to an emergency response, will not be penalized by the hotel. However, no-
shows will forfeit the full room revenue for the dates of the reservation and will be charged to the
individual.
TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT
The closest airport to the MARRIOTT COURTYARD BEACHFRONT HOTEL is the Gulfport-Biloxi
International Airport. Convenient transportation to and from the airport is available via taxi.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any departure after this time is subject to
additional charges.
PARKING INFORMATION
The MARRIOTT COURTYARD BEACHFRONT HOTEL has complimentary ground level guest self
parking.
INTERNET ACCESS AND OTHER SERVICES
