An association of locally based groups in IV work
Membership is open to any programme that regularly sends groups or individuals to work abroad as volunteers, for any length of time.
Offers a forum for IV representatives to share information and resources, develop new skills, and collaborate on initiatives.
Promotes awareness and access to IV programmes. IVA can serve as a guide to anyone considering volunteering abroad or developing IV opportunities. This includes but is not limited to prospective volunteers, newly created volunteer sending organizations, corporations, and colleges and universities.
