Have been involved in on-boarding new clients and also performing review on existing clients on the basis of their risk rating for various kinds of entities including high risk entities, Special Purpose Vehicles, Structured Finance Institutions, Funds, etc. for booking locations across the globe. Worked as a KYC Analyst for their clients located across the globe for London booking location. Key responsibilities included client account opening, client account maintenance and client on boarding of all kind of entities i.e. regulated, listed, sub off listed private, private investment vehicles, etc. Have been actively involved in carrying on-boarding communications with onshore counterparts, liasoning with business/clients, coordinating with relationship managers for gaps, performing quality checks on works undertaken by junior colleagues, handling escalations, assisting in developing and implementing data indexing procedures, resolving business’s/client’s queries, assisting in preparing management reports, grooming & training of new team members, etc. Have good knowledge of various regulatory and AML requirements such as DODD Frank, EMIR, FATCA, MiFid etc.
