He is influenced by rock greats such as Nikki Sixx, Gene Simmons, Dave Elefson, Billy Sheehan, Phil Lynott and Geezer Butler. Kurts accomplishments are 3 songs with Mike Araiza & Jeff Sandoval of Frank Hannon(Guitar player for Tesla) Six String Soldiers, as well as drummer Will Hunt (Evanescence, Black Label Society, Dark New Day). Have also recorded with legendary engineer / producer Sterling Winfield (Pantera,Hellyeah,Mudvayne) on the DHTD single, The Will, which is on the ever popular video game ROCK BAND. Mastered by Maor Applebaum, (Yngwie Malmsteen, Dio). Helped write, record, play on 6 full length albums plus other collaborations. Radio airplay across the world, FM markets and Internet. Toured the USA in support acts for: Sevendust, Anthrax, Texas Hippie Coalition, King Diamond, Brian May, Black Crowes, Powerman 5000, Trapt, FUEL, Anvil, Rammstein, Creed, Thousand Foot Krutch, Monster Magnet, Black Stone Cherry, and more.
