I’m a constant motivator, team player, leader and follower on my shift who completes our standard work according to SOPs.
Routinely perform Bioreactor sampling of Tissue Culture Fluid; deliver samples to Quality
Assurance, and make bioreactor confirmatory adjustments when necessary. Proficient in use and maintenance of analytical Bench top equipment; obtain accurate values
for Cell counts, PH, conductivity and oxidation, YSI, BGA, and light microscopy.
Calibration and operation of bench top equipment: BGA, YSI, CEDEX cell scanner, PH meter, Centrifuge, UDF Hood, microscope.
Expedite bioreactor samples in the sterile hood by Aliquoting samples for retain collection and samples to be delivered to QA.
Operate and monitor Cell Separation Filtration and Ultrafiltration process using Data Control System, (DCS)
Clean and Decontaminate Cell separation skid, CIP Rotary lobe pump, and perform protein
and caustic flush of the Ultrafiltration system using Data Control System Collect UFTCF in EVA bags, Blast Freeze and store UFTCF in cold room or Freezer. Along with maintaining standard work I assisted in bioreactor turnaround process by preparing
and integrity testing opticaps, preparing bioreactor line kits and making connections to bioreactor station equipment; Settler, Media Hex, and Bioreactor.
Started the perfusion process assisting in inoculation and taking pre and post inoculation samples of TCFduring turnaround.
Operate the Sterilizer to sanitize lab equipment and sterilize bioreactor and Ultrafilter parts. Access to SAP, MES, and DCS systems.
