OverviewMembership in National Instruments Standard Service Program (SSP) helps you maximize your software investments with the latest software upgrades, technical support, online training, andaccess to older versions of software.

As such, users with active SSP contracts can access online training 24 hours a day, every day, via their ni.com user profiles. Each course contains video training modules, interactive quizzes,exercises, and solutions so you can cover the topics in classroom courses on your own time. Courses are currently in English only.

2. How do I access online training?To access online training, your service membership must be associated with your ni.com user profile (UP). See below for the process for single-seat, NI Developer Suite, Volume LicenseAgreements, and Academic Site Licenses.

Single-Seat Software and NI Developer SuiteIf you own NI software with an active SSP or PSP contract:

Register your serial number at . ni.com/myproductsThe time it takes to register a product can vary greatly. After entering your products' serial numbers online, it may take anywhere from one to five days before the product is correctlyassociated with your UP. Longer registration times often occur when the information (company name) in your UP differs from the install database. If, after five days, your product is stillunregistered to your UP, email for help.self-paced-training@ni.com

Once your product is registered, log in on the page. ni.com/self-paced-trainingThe registered service contracts training course entitlements will appear in the section titled "Access Training Provided With Your SSP Contract."

Click the Access Training button to enter the self-paced online training environment and begin viewing your training.
