Norwalk Truckers Softball High School Skills Clinics

Head coach Callie Stanley and her staff will bring in college coaches to teach softball skills for girls

currently in grades 9-12. Coaches from Heidelberg University and Oberlin College will be coming to

Norwalk High School to work with our softball players. The cost for registration will go toward paying for

the college coaches and their staff for their time and a camp tee shirt. Please return payment and waiver

form to Coach Stanley at Norwalk High School no later than Monday, December 1, 2014. We look forward

to seeing you!

Where: Norwalk High School - Main Gym

Fee/Sessions: $75 for both sessions

Session 1: December 7th with Heidelberg coach with focus on offensive drills (9-11 am)

Session 2: December 21th with Oberlin coaches focusing on offensive, defensive, and pitching drills (7-9 pm)

Please bring: glove, gym shoes, bat, helmet (if you have it)

I recognize and agree to assume the full risk and responsibility for any and all injuries regardless of severity which my child may sustain

as a result of participating in any and all activities associated with the skills clinic. In the event of any emergency, I further authorize and

direct the coaches and adults to transport my child to a licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel for any treatment

deemed necessary for my child’s immediate care and agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical emergencies. I

have read and fully understand the above information, warning of risk, assumption of risk and responsibility, and waiver and release of

all claims and permissions to secure treatment.

*Registration has to be turned in by December 1th before 4pm to get the camp shirt. Orders for shirts will go in Monday at

4pm.
