Season Game

sports teams, including the Washington Capitals and the Boston Bruins.
On September 17, 2013, the Washington Capitals and the Boston Bruins squared off in the second Baltimore Hockey Classic. During the game, the Caps held the Bruins to a 2-0
lead late into the second period. However, the Bruins subsequently rallied, with Carter Camper scoring a pivotal goal during a shootout that allowed them to win 3-2.
The Baltimore Hockey Classic was last played in 2011. During the first Baltimore Hockey Classic pre-season exhibition, the
Caps took on the Nashville Predators before more than 11,000 fans. The event marked the
first time that a professional hockey game had been played in Baltimore since 1997.
