KANE REACHES 100 POINTS IN BLACKHAWKS WIN…The Blackhawks opened the scoring with six consecutive goals – including three byPatrick Kane (31—4) – and held off a fourgoal Bruins rally to pick up their fourth win intheir last five contests (410). * Kane registered his second career regularseason hat trick (also Jan. 15 at TOR: 31—4) and added an assist to reach the 100point mark for the first time in his NHL career(4357—100). * Per Elias, Kane – who leads the Art Ross Trophy race by 12 points – became the firstBlackhawks player to reach the 100point mark in a season since Jeremy Roenick in199394 (4661—107) and the first U.S.born NHL player to hit the mark since DougWeight in 199596 (2579—104 w/ EDM). * Blackhawks forward Artemi Panarin (13—4) registered his second consecutive fourpoint game (also April 1 at WPG: 22—4). Per Elias, Panarin became the first rookie inBlackhawks history to record consecutive fourpoint performances and the first rookie onany team to do so since Nicklas Backstrom (WSH) in 200708 (Jan. 19 vs. FLA: 04—4and Jan. 21 at PIT: 04—4).
