Delivery and Handling Information

Congratulations on your EGGER purchase! All ForestOne panel decorative products are delivered

with protective cover sheets plus sufficient straps and supporting gluts, but for EGGER panels extra

consideration must be taken due to the dimensions and weight. While the sheet size allows for

maximisation of board, it is important they be handled safely. Below is important Chain of

Responsibility safety information for proper handling.

The parent tynes must be 1560mm long to

support 75% of the full width of the load

OR the forklift tyne extensions or slippers

must be 2070mm long to support the full

width of the board

To comply to Australian standards;

EGGER panels* are up to 80kgs/sheet. Only

handle them from a safe, manageable height on

a stable, flat surface by a minimum two persons.

Forklift/Lifting Equipment

Adequate weight capacity

Sufficient width and length to support the

load and prevent illegal overhang

Adequate restraints to secure the load

OR, if carrying on racks, a rack size and load

rating sufficient to handle the weight and

dimensions of your order

For ForestOne operators to load Egger panels

into vehicles, the vehicles must have:

Providing your premises has sufficient room

for a crane truck to safely swing and unload

on a suitable surface, ForestOne can organize

a crane truck delivery to your premises.

Crane Truck UnloadShould you require a lower smaller truck bed for

hand unloading or for tighter access than the

ForestOne fleet will allow, we can organize a

suitable taxi truck delivery to meet your needs.

Small Taxi Truck Delivery

ForestOne offers a cutting service which can

cut your sheets to a suitable size to allow safe

delivery or handling by your current

equipment and methods.

Cutting ServiceIf a ForestOne delivery arrives and goods

cannot be unloaded safely, the unloading will

be postponed until suitable arrangements can

be made.
