Frequently Asked Questions1. What does the $300 beach ceremony include? an area will be blocked off in advance of the ceremony for use, it does not include chairs, arches or other amenities.2. do you provide Chairs, arch, sound system, flowers etc.? We do not provide the above, but we will provide you with a list of professional Preferred Vendors that may be used for all beach setup. a $500.00 Security deposit is required if anything is not being provided by preferred vendors. deposit will be credited after beach site has been inspected from hotel management. Hotel must be advised prior to ceremony for approval of anything being considered at the ceremony.3. Other than the beach are there any other outdoor locations we can perform the ceremony?Poolside ceremonies are possible, one hour after sunset, for ceremonies under 50 people.4. is power available on the beach? there is no electricity available anywhere on the beach. all sound must be self-contained/battery powered.5. Can i take pictures on the deerfield Pier? the historic deerfield Beach Pier is owned and operated by the city of deerfield Beach. the pier is accessible to anyone for a $1 per person fee. Photography is permitted, but you cannot block of a specific area.

What times can we have ceremonies? in respect to other people who enjoy our beach, ceremonies are restricted to before 10 am and within two hours of sunset. note that we do not book events during special periods (i.e. July 4th Founders day, new Years, etc.)7. What other restrictions do i have to adhere to with your beach weddings? the Wyndham deerfield Beach resort is a Green resort. rice, flower petals, bird seed or other items may not be thrown or used on the beach. music must not be overly loud. take only pictures -leave only footprints, no Glass of any knid, nothing can be dug into sand.8. Can we do just a beach ceremony without a reception or dinner? the beach wedding ceremony must be a part of a complete function, including reception and dinner.9. do i need a permit? the beach immediately in front of the resort is owned by the resort, so no additional permit is needed from the city.
