The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the replacement of storm doors.

 HARB recommended approval of the application as presented, noting that the doors wouldbe constructed of wood, that the submitted Vanderbilt model design would be used for the  front door and visible side door facing the front. The rear side door is not visible andtherefore, HARB is giving no direction regarding that door

   Authorize the President of Council to execute “Authorization to the Bank” to reduce theLetter of Credit to 10% retainage, subject to extension of the Letter of Credit to February 17,2012, for the Joseph Lucas project.

   Authorize the Solicitor to advertise an ordinance amending the Special Events Ordinance.

   Authorize the President of Council to sign the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement SystemDefined Benefit Municipal Contract checklist.

   Approve Resolution 05-10-11 Declaring Default on the Cologne Associates Escrow Account.
