Batch 1: May 5-9, 2014 – 566 Pax Lot 1 : AralingPanlipunan - 256 Lot 2: MAPEH - 295 Lot 3: For DepEd officials and Trainers - 15 B. Batch 2: May 19-23, 2014 - 552 Pax Lot 1 : AralingPanlipunan - 257 Lot 2: MAPEH - 280 Lot 3: For DepEd officials and Trainers - 15 Provisions: Three (3) meals/day-total of 15 meals (dinner starts on day zero) Two (2) snacks/day for days 1-5 – total of 11 snacks Free Flowing coffee Accommodation for participants for 5 days; aircon With generator in case of power outages Microphones and/or lapel mics Sound system that can hook up to laptop For Lot 1 – Four (4) air-conditioned function rooms or classroom-type spaces to accommodate a minimum of 60 pax per function room/classroom-type space For Lot 2 – Five (5) air-conditioned function rooms or classroom-type spaces to accommodate a minimum of 60 pax per function room/classroom-type space Whiteboard for each function hall / classroom type space Screen for LCD in each function hall/classroom type space For Lot 3 – only the first five provisions For billing after the training The criteria to be used for the eligibility check of the prospective bidders, examination and evaluation of bids, post qualification and all matters relevant to this procurement shall be in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 (The Government procurement Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The schedule of bidding activities are as follows: Activities Schedule Venue 1. BAC Office, Ground Floor Executive Building, WMSU, Zamboanga City A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by prospective bidders from the dates and address indicated above upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php.2,500.00) to the University Cashier. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective bidder or his authorized representative. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in an amount equivalent to at least Two Percent (2%)
