DEFORESTER IN PRISON

RIO DE JANEIRO – Brazil's environmental agency says it's

detained the Amazon's biggest deforester.

The Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural

Resources says Ezequiel Antonio Castanha was detained Saturday in

the state of Para.

He's accused of operating a network that illegally clear-cut lands and

sold them to get black money.

The agency blames the network for 20 percent of the deforestation

in Brazil's Amazon in recent years. The group clear-cut some 58

square miles (15,000 hectares).

Monday's statement says Castanha will face charges including illegal

deforestation and money falsification, and could face up to 46 years

THANKS, BIONIC EYE

A blind man saw his wife for the first time in more than a decade -

thanks to a bionic eye.

Zderad Allen was diagnosed with a degenerative eye disease called retinitis

pigmentosa about 20 years ago, leaving him blind for the past 10 years.

Doctors say there is no cure for the disease, which means the 68-year-old

can only see bright light.

But after having a bionic eye installed at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota as

part of a new system of clinical trial called Second Sight, he can now

distinguish shapes and human forms, including his own reflection in the

window.

When he saw his wife for the first time in more than a decade, the

grandfather of 10 and his wife, were overcome by emotion.

A small chip is implanted in the right eye of Mr. Zderad as part of the

operation, before the rest of the prosthesis is attached to special glasses

and two weeks later on.

Now, he will see his wife for the rest of his life.

So, about that naked guy...

The video made headlines on Friday when it was uploaded from what seemed to be a tourist's YouTube channel while visiting Buckingham Palace during the changing of the guard.

In the video, an almost completely naked man (minus a sock) was seen climbing down a bed sheet, on the side of the palace from a window. Blogs and news agencies from Daily Mail to Cosmopolitan covered the video not knowing whether it was real or fake while users took to the comments to share their opinions.

But now, we have answers. With the below "exclusive, never-before-seen extended footage of the scandal" from D-Throned, an online tabloid covering E!'s fictional modern day royal family from The Royals, it's clear that this was a clever way for E! to give viewers a glimpse of the drama that will go down on the upcoming premiere season of the new show.

It is wonderful that you have seen it: with 88 years, Chuck still alive and mocking. This is the cornerstone, the starting point, the bible of rock, etc. Reviewing such a monumental work (! More than 21 hours), evidenced something so obvious that it can go unnoticed: Chuck Berry lit the fuse for the fantastic musical explosion of the sixties. Teresita’s Beach ( Tenerife)

The Sagrada Familia is one of the most famous landmarks in Barcelona. From 1883 the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí took over the leadership of the works until his death in 1926. The building is significantly influenced by him. The church is such a huge size, so they often referred it as "cathedral", but without having a bishop's seat. Pope Benedict XVI. inaugurates the Sagrada Familia on November 7, 2010.
