There was great food and even better conversations. Some watched a movie, while others relaxed in the pool. August was a big month for Mini Coopers all over the country. Mini Takes the States is an event only occurs every two years. A few of our members took part in this event and had a great time. Minis all over the country motored across the states to converge on Denver for a two day event. While some of our members started in Indianapolis to drive the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, others met in St. Louis and Denver. Boot & Bonnet Queen City Coopers want your input! Join us the first Thursday of every month at Quaker Steak & Lube. The club started in 2004 as Cinci Minis by a group of Mini Enthusiast for a great way to have fun with the mini and meet new friends. In 2010 the club changed the name to Queen City Coopers. Some members are quite knowledgeable about Minis and enjoy sharing. Other members plan scenic drives and “Motor -Ins” through out the year. The club needs your participation to be able maintain the intent of the club. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in joining the club or just attend an event and meet the group. I am sure you will have a great time. UPCOMING EVENTS: October 7th and November 4th come join us at Quaker Steak & Lube for some good food and socializing with great people. The group will briefly discuss upcoming events and other subjects as needed at 7pm. Eat around 7:30. Gather around the minis and show othe latest farkles and gadgets around 8:30. November 12th thru 14th come motor with us to the ACD & Henry Ford Museum. Make plans to stay over night and enjoy two days of great museums and socializing.
