HOLIDAYS

I would like to wish all students, staff, families and

friends of our school a very relaxing, enjoyable and

safe holiday. Term 3 has been an extremely busy

term, filled with outstanding efforts, achievements

PRINCIPAL AWARDS

FINAL ASSEMBLY

Our final assembly of Term 3 will be conducted on Friday September 22nd

in the Senior Building, commencing at 1pm and concluding at 1;30pm.

This assembly will continue to showcase our talented students. We

encourage you to attend. Students will be dismissed for Term 3 holidays at

the conclusion of this assembly

TOOLS FOR SCHOOLS

Our school is continuing with “Tools for Schools” program. The donation

box has been placed in our school office for donations for our students.

Donations could include any sort of stationery which will be given to

students in need by their classroom teacher in a discrete and supportive

way. If you can help by making a donation, it would be wonderful and

greatly appreciated by our students.

CLASSROOM SUPPLIES

Can you please check your child’s classroom supplies (pencils, pens, textas,

erasers, etc) as some items might need replacing in

readiness for Term 4.

The remaining School Council scheduled meetings for 2017.

A huge thank-you to our team of committed parents and staff on our School Council, Ainsley Bellette,

Annette Stone, Scott Fisher, Naomi Olthof, Wayne Frisch, Deb Smith, Chelsea Misiti, Mark O’Shaunessy,

Kathy Burquest, Hamish Marquand, Cameron Crilly and Allan Peach.

PUPIL FREE DAYS—TERM 4

To assist with your future planning, the following days are designated “Pupil Free” days in Term 4;

1. Monday 6th November - Reporting and Assessment Day

2. Tuesday 7th November - Melbourne Cup Holiday

3. Friday 22nd December - Planning and Preparation Day

LOST PROPERTY

Could everyone please check our Lost Property basket before the end of term. All items must have an

owner.

Reading Cinemas (Melton)

Attachment for Reading Cinemas. This is an ongoing fundraiser for the school. You can give these to

anybody you wish and once Reading receive 10 they donate a free ticket to the school We use these in our

Christmas Hampers. A hard copy of this will be sent home.
