Organisational and Personnel Development

What characterises a successful leader?

The expectations in a leader change continuously. On one hand there are the current market requirements and on the other hand the changes within the enterprise itself. Today leading means: creating a healthy work climate for the individual, giving support and care in order to build the further development of an enterprise successfully.

A successful leader is characterised by a continuous development. He notices the market changes.

Especially at the present time, the soft skill is leading a leader to success.
