North Georgia State Fair

Presidents Team made a HUGE splash over the full ten daysof the North Georgia State Fair. A recurring theme expressedto PT volunteers from the hundreds or more visitors to ourbooth was “Let the President do his job!” If only the mediaand other swamp critters would listen to the voices of theirfellow American citizens!

The hardest working woman in Presidents Team is noneother than our fabulous co-founder and vice-chair, ClaireHarrison, of Cherokee County, Georgia, who did so much ofthe behind the scenes work, making our booth a great suc-cess. All the while, Claire did much of the “in front of thescenes” work, working alongside the many other dedicatedPT volunteers at the booth and articulating in rapid fire to ourmany visitors the mission of PT and describing theoutstanding PT merchandise available for sale!

Volunteers working the PT booth over the course of the fairwere (in alphabetical order): Michael Altman (Chairman),Michael Amaral, Terry Anderson, Dee Atwater, Dan Aus-man, Pam Ausman (Coweta Chair), J. David Brandenburg(Director), Joe Congemi, Mike Congemi, Les Dunaway, Jer-mane Enoch, Claire Harrison (Vice-Chair), Kay Hughes,Lucretia Hughes, Vern Karnstedt, Catherine Kittle, FredKittle (Director), Darlene Knight, Sue Marshall, JanetMihoci (Gwinnett Co-Chair), Jeanette Mihoci (Gwinnett Co-

Chair), Frank Molesky, Debbie Norris, Hugh Norris, JerryRamsey, Karl Schwelm, Jeff Souther, Lew Stafford, CarolTiegl, Jim Tiegl, Chris Waldman (Director), Joe Webb,Charlie Williams, and Kay Wilson.

One cannot predict what famous person might visit theamazing PT Booth. Patrick Ragozzine made internationalnews earlier in 2017 for his steadfast defense of ourpresident, when faced with attacks both from classmates andfaculty at Cherokee High School in Canton, Georgia. Patrickhas an actual tattoo reading “Trump” over his heart. Suchloyalty merits a meeting with President Trump!

Presidents Team Coalition Spotlight

For October, PTN focuses the spotlight on the PT NationalityCoalition. President Level member Susanne Gardner, of Ful-ton County, Georgia, submitted the following statement:

“Our compliments to the Presidents Team founders andmembers for recognizing the important role that individualsof different nationalities play in this great country. I amhonored to lead the Nationality Coalition effort from FultonCounty. Having lived in over five countries in my lifetime, countries with quite different cultures, I have come to realizethat in their hearts, at least half the world is an American (asI like to say).

“We do share basic human values throughout the globe. Yet,each culture is unique in its evolution over time, developinginsights that benefit us all and customs that can delight. Inthis day and age of mass communications, getting to knoweach other has never been easier, and we should do so. Ob-serving America from a perch other than our own, thesefriends can bring valuable insight into our dilemmas anddaily tasks as we march forward. We can learn from eachother. In coming months, I hope to be able to honor all ourinternational members as we grow our organization.”
