Gate Entry Go-Live @UPL UPL successfully did GO LIVE with their GATE ENTRY SYSTEM in PL01

Anklaeshwar. Now next target is plant PL02 on 04.06.2016.

In next two week targeting to cover UPL plants all over India.

This complex project involving Gate and weighbridge integration was a big chal-

lenge in terms of technology and on top the aggressive timeline CA did complete

implementation in record time ensuring customer satisfaction.

Senior HR on-board

Please join us in welcoming our new Sr.HR Executive, Pooja Chavhan, who will be

responsible for Employment Policies, Recruitment and Employee Lifecycle with CA,

Employee relationship and various HR initiatives within and external to CA.

Pooja has done masters in HR , post her graduation and comes with good work expe-

rience in similar profile in her last organisation. In her current role she will be working

ConstAccent Team at UPL

Workshop With UPL ConstAccent and UPL jointly organized, team meeting including CA consultants

and their Line managers in UPL, this workshop was aimed at organizational

awareness and UPL expectations from CA as their support partner and how we

can deliver the same. The workshop was attended by all CA team members and

in spite of the month end pressure most UPL team members were present .

Mr. Balaji, CIO UPL did spend some time with teams over a small snacks session.

Both Mr. Pushkar and Mr. Rajesh provided their valuable inputs while appreciating

the program.

From CA side Mr. Vijay Pandit, our Fonder and Executive Director, delivered the

organizational understanding and also moderated the open house discussion. Mr.

Ramesh Pillai– MD, Global business, addressed the team members in terms of

international opportunities and how to prepare for the same.

Mr. Pushkar, invited the team members to present their honest view about work

culture and suggestions to improve the environment.

Ms. Alpa and her team organized this workshop extremely well, providing right

platform for all participants to speak their minds.

CA decided to do similar workshops with their other clients, too.

One more Pillar Added “Pillai” The managing board of ConstAccent inducted one more partner and shareholder,

Mr. Ramesh Pillai, who shall be responsible to grow CA business internationally

and to Southern parts of India.

Ramesh is friend to current managing team and is known for his business devel-

opment skills in Middle Eastern markets and elsewhere in the globe, a well con-

nected person with great network of partners and technology specialist that he

would bring in to influence the business development for CA. With years of experi-

ences dealing with Sensor to Boardroom applications landscape, there is a lot that

can be learned by CA team from him.

Please join hands and welcome Ramesh onboard, lets all support him in his ven-

ture to grow business in other parts of world.

Immediate Acquisition Immediately after being on-board, Ramesh helped us acquire two projects in ME,

One having Analytics to deliver and other for Mobility, both having SAP at

backend.

The Australian Association We finally entered into relationship with Omsaiinfotec, Australia for SAP offshore

implantation and support from India. This relationship will bring new business op-

portunities from Australia to CA.

and now every employee is cov-

ered under the scheme.

We also started Medical Insurance

of INR 200,000 each for all our

employees, these schemes will

provide employees more confi-

dence and economic advantage.

CPL Goes Live

dustrial printers manufac-

ture.

Control Print Team Celebration

Control Print ECC Go-Live Control Print (CPL) is an Indian manufacturer of Industrial packaging printers, their

customers are most Indian companies.

Constaccent was entrusted with the responsibility of implementing ECC 6.0 & CRM

7.3 in the initial phase of implementation, CA successfully delivered this on 18th May,

2016.

The modules implemented are Finance, Controlling, Sales and Distribution, Materials

management, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Taxa-

tion.

The project was extremely well planned and both Program and Project Managers, Mr.

Baharat and Mr. Harshal made things look easy out of a most complex solution

The team members are back in office, preparing for one more project while managing

post Go-Live support for CPL.
