Winefly Helpers:

Reynella Football cub is seeking more people to help out on Game Day.

Reynella Football Club has over 400+ players, without support staff there are NO Games.

Reynella Football Club has prided itself of providing opportunity for all players to play for the club, which is evident by how many teams (21) we currently have.

Teams: A, B, C Black, C White, U17.5, U15, U15 Sun, U13, 3x U12, 6x U10, 4x U8

Without support from members, fees would increase to cover the expense of paying people to do jobs.

Do Not Complain Unless You Have Volunteered. We Are Doing Our Best.

Require:

Sunday U15 Trainer. If a couple of people have first aid then please rotate yourselves through the year for duty. Just need to apply first aid principles to injured athletes. If you don’t have a certificate but would like to help out please get in contact with us.

Require Game Day: boundary, goal umpire, time-keeper, runner, water, trainer

Require Home Games Extras: helpers in bbq and canteen, please help out in the game pre or post your child.

Volunteers play a massive role in running a football club. All our committee members (minus Willo) work full time jobs as well as being at the club for many of them 5+ days in a week. Clubs cannot survive without these people.

Medical Information:

Concussion: Any player suspected of having concussion will be removed from play and assessed.

U17.5’s: any player suspected of having concussion will not return to play and will not play the following weekend. They may resume training the following week (approx 10 days post incident) provided they are medically cleared by a Dr.

NEW: Any player that receives a second concussion in a season will be required to see a Sports Dr at Sportsmed or Wakefield Sports Clinic for return to play.

General Rehabilitation Guidelines:

Step 1: First 72 Hours: R.I.C.E.R and NO H.A.R.M

• Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation, Referral • NO – Heat, Alcohol, Running, Massage

Step 2: Stretching, Strengthening
