The jacuzzi emergency shut down button should NOT be used to turn the bubbles off. The bubbles are on a timer. The button shuts the pumps and heat off. The reheating of the jacuzzi takes time and causes costs to go up.
Mahalo for your kokua!

Aloha Capitol Place Ohana! We continue our process of vetting for a new Operations Manager trying to assure we get the right fit for us. Things look promising! We should also be receiving our structural update for the garage very soon. As soon as we do, as with the architectural Trinity information, we’ll get that out to all of the homeowners. The other building items continue to be worked on for resolution also. We have also been challenged by some repair projects as of late. Thankfully DDL did a great job in getting our domestic booster pumps repaired and way ahead of the scheduled time! Elevator cab #4’s parts have come in & we’re scheduling that as we speak. Our large automatic transfer switch #2 for the emergency circuit affecting the elevators, security & fire systems, etc. is scheduled to be done overnight with alternate power and battery back, where possible, to maximize continuity and minimize disruption. Again, MAHALO for your patience & understanding as we best tackle these inconvenient but necessary repairs. Lastly, we ask for your continued Kokua in our efforts to maintain our home as a safe, comfortable and desirable place to live. Having all guests sign our guest registrar, observing all contract & construction guidelines, donating only re‐usable items and putting your broken down boxes and large, bulky and broken items in the bins downstairs, driving with Aloha (and headlights) in the garage and keeping all common area and apartment doors secured at all times are not only required but play a vital role in maintaining our safety, security and investments. Remember, you are the biggest member of the team and it takes all of us to be successful! Dedicated to serving you, your team hopes the Year of the Snake will be a prosperous one for us all! Kung Hee Fat Choy!
