Dear families, It has been a busy & incredibly fun 2019 at Cloud Nine Kids Club, with a huge amount of activities & sports added throughout the twelve months to keep providing that little bit of something different. We hope that our activities give the children opportunities to access the things that interest them & even try things they have not done before. Throughout 2018 & 2019 we worked together with St Johns Recreation Centre to improve certain areas of the older parts of the building. This enabled us to have more quality play space & subsequently our Registered numbers were able to be increased to a maximum of 55 children at any one time. Our standard club numbers will remain at around 40 children, however in the warmer months (or when we have sole access to the indoor sports hall) it allows us the flexibility to up those numbers slightly when appropriate. We are pleased to confirm that we are continuing our simple monthly payment plan option throughout 2020. Over whelming positive feed-back from last years families indicated that the option to spread the cost over several months is an effective & popular way to make life easier. If it works for you—Then it works for us! As the vast majority of the Cloud Nine Team are term time employed (or are studying full time) in educational settings, we will be taking February Half Term off again this year to allow all our hard workers a well earned break. The period from January through to April will also be spent planning & testing our new sports & activities for the coming season, purchasing shiny new stock, developing & training team members & doing everything we can to ensure we continue to provide a top quality service to our families. We always welcome feedback & suggestions so please do continue to communicate with us in order to help us ever improve & grow. If we can help, we always will. Best wishes for the coming year,

Easter Week One – Journey to Japan! It’s time to go globe trotting to the Far East in Easter Week one as we will

be embarking on our ‘Journey to Japan’. Get those taste buds tingling as

we learn how to roll out ‘Fruit Sushi’ on our cooking course, get into the dance studio to

learn some Traditional dance called Nihon Buyo, get creative with plenty of crafty activi-

ties such as origami & Manga style drawings. Not forgetting trying out lots of playground

team games & exploding

Easter Week Two –

Walt Disney is hitting Cloud Nine in Easter Week two, so whether you

are a huge Cinderella fan or Sully from Monsters Inc is more your sort of thing, we

are going to have plenty of themed fun for you. We will be playing some new Laser

Tag games that Buzz Lightyear would be certainly be proud of,

organising an epic Treasure Hunt straight out of Pirates of

the Caribbean, dramatic Disney Drama & additionally

making Super Hero power bracelets & of course

constructing a giant sized Olaf ... Just because we can!

May Half Term – Healthy Heroes & Mini Medics! Join us for a Half Term of outdoor fun & games. Among our planned activities, we will be

baking some fantastic healthy treats, taking part in Trapeze Yoga & will be visited by

some surprise special guests! Slightly older children aged 7 years + will also get

the added opportunity to learn key first aid skills in conjunction with the British Red

Cross. Learning will take place for a short segment each day, will be age appropriate,

fun, interactive & focuses on learning through drama & play. If children gain enough

knowledge over the week they may be successful in receiving a British Red

Cross First Aid Certificate to show off to friends & family.

Cancellations & Changes

All monies paid are non refundable, however providing you give us 14 days notice before the commencement of the week, we are happy to allow you to transfer to another available week of your choice providing that availability al-lows.

Due to our small business size, changes within the 14 day period may result in the full balance being payable, however if we are able to fill places from a waiting list we will waive these fees.
