Thank you to all who attended training for Term 4 at Ashhurst and a big thank you to our instructor’s who volunteer their time each week regardless of the weather. Well done to those who passed their class this term and we look forward to seeing you back again next year. To those who did not quite make it, keep up the good work and we will see you back again, refreshed in the new year. This term we ran our first
Junior class for puppies under 6 months old. I’m sure all the puppies and their owners enjoyed this new class aimed at providing a great training start for young dogs and their owners.Remember be extra vigilant with your dog as Christmas can be a hazardous time for your pets with many a gate accidentally left open by visitors, chocolate accidentally eaten and over indulgence a common complaint (for both
humans and canines). My own dogs enjoy extra walks and games during the time I have off over the Christmas/New Year period. I’m sure your dog/s would too, just remember to exercise them in the cooler hours of the day e.g. early morning or in the evening. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and we hope to see you again next year. Regards Anthea
