The drugs might cause cancer because they contain a substance called N-nitrosodimethylamine. Ranitidine is used by children and adults with heartburn from acid indigestion and sour stomach. The drug is sold as a capsule, tablet and oral syrup over the counter and by prescription. Among recalled brands and products are Sanofi, recalling Zantac 150, Zantac 150 cool mint and Zantac 75 OTC products; Novitium Pharma, recalling ranitidine hydrochloride capsules (150 mg and 300 mg); Lannett Company Inc. recalling ranitidine syrup/ranitidine oral solution USP (15 mg/mL); Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. recalling Dr. Reddy's, Kroger, Walgreens and other ranitidine tablets and capsules; Perrigo Company recalling ranitidine in all pack sizes; Apotex Corp. recalling ranitidine tablets (75 mg and 150 mg); and Sandoz Inc. recalling ranitidine hydrochloride capsules. The Food and Drug Administration is advising people who take ranitidine products to stop using the products and talk with their physician about alternate treatment options. Heartburn medicine recalled due to cancer concerns

Several companies have recalled heartburn drugs that contain ranitidine. The drugs might cause cancerbecause they contain a substance called N-nitrosodimethylamine.

Hazard: The headrest's aluminum tubular frame can break or separate from the rest of the seat. A broken seatcan increase the risk of injury during a crash.

Description: Recalled are WAYB Pico child seats manufactured between Feb. 1 and Aug. 23. The date isprinted on a sticker on the base of the seat.

Remedy: If the small metal support tubes connecting the headrest to the base of the seat are broken or the pinsconnecting the headrest to the back of the seat are not in place, stop using the car seat and return it to WAYB.

Mobile charger keychain

Hazard: The lithium ion battery in the keychain's mobile power bank can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

Description: The Bead Landing tassel keychain mobile power banks used to charge smartphones and otherdevices come with USB and micro USB charging cables and a lightning adapter. Only the black (SKU 545929;UPC 191518582543), cream (SKU 545930; UPC 191518582550), blush pink (SKU 545931; UPC191518582567) and iridescent blue (SKU 545932; UPC 191518582574) keychains are recalled.

Sold at: Michaels stores nationwide from March 2018 through August 2019 for about $20.

Remedy: Return the product to any Michaels store for a refund.

Hazard: The snap on the bibs can fall off, and babies can choke on it.

Description: Recalled are MATVRÅ infant bibs with a snap at the back of the neck. Bibs were sold in packs oftwo: blue with a green seam and white polka dots and red with a yellow seam and red polka dots.

Sold exclusively at: IKEA stores nationwide and online at www.ikea-usa.com from August through Septemberfor about $2.

Remedy: Return the bibs to any IKEA store for a refund.

Description: This recall involves all Mercane WideWheel foldable electric kick scooters. WideWheel andMercane are printed on the scooter's platform. The recalled scooters have a single 500W motor with an 8.8Ahbattery or dual 500W motors with a 13.2Ah battery.

Sold at: Online at fluidfreeride.com, Amazon.com and ebay.com from October 2018 through September 2019for $1,000 to $1,200.

Hazard: The glue contains methanol, which is poisonous if eaten. The packaging is not child resistant.  

Description: Recalled are 2-ounce (UPC 700332578122), 4-ounce (700332570126) and 8-ounce(700332570133) bottles of All-Gloo craft glue.

Sold at: La Casa de los Botones and New Port Sales Inc. in Puerto Rico from April through June for $2 to $7.

Remedy: Return to the store where purchased for a refund.
