2020, signed into law by PresidentTrump on June 5, 2020.

UPDATE: The Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and EIDL Advance applicationportal is now open to all eligible small businesses, non-profits, and agricultural

businesses impacted by COVID-19

With the passage of the Flexibility Act, thePPP loan has become much more flexible.
